WHY SUPPORT GROUPS?
Support Groups serve as a forum for mutual acceptance, understanding and self-discovery with peers. Participants are encouraged to share their experience, strength and hope. You don’t have to be alone anymore. You never were. Many have suffered in silence for too long.
We are here to listen to what keeps you up at night and provide support. The group is here to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment, where everyone will be able to listen to your problems and most importantly, relate to them.
Our mission is to offer you information that can help you reaffirm your identity and gain more confidence to move forward with clarity.
For family professionals, you will find like minded people facing challenges that will bring you resilience and focus for more effective work in behalf of your clients.
We look forward to welcoming you to our community.
ANOTHER OPTION: DIVORCE AND LIFE COACHING
Coaching is an interesting opportunity to work with a seasoned professional that will work with you to help you find clarity and goals.
Unlike therapy, coaching provides no diagnosis, no treatment. It is a partnership to learn and grow.
A seasoned coach will help you to navigate through your understanding and journey of Parental Alienation, family change, divorce survival, co-parenting skills, and rebuilding new love relationships.
Coaches are thoughtful and wise, and will help you stay focused on your priorities, and personal goals. They will give you tools and confidence in developing your own, unique journey.
“Support is the primary tool to assure emotional sustenance, and survival skills in a cruel and complex world.”
Dr. Mark David Roseman

MDR’s TARGETED PARENT SUPPORT GROUP series offers a unique opportunity to venture into the world of understanding Parental Alienation. The MDR Support Group Model uniquely incorporates group facilitation, exercise, readings, and discussion to help you learn how it may manifest in your own children, learn strategies for coping, and be guided by those who have experienced this egregious phenomenon.
Here, you will find context in your unique, personal experience. With our help, you will create paths to seeing opportunities for reunification, and learn strategies best for you to cope with this malady of parental alienation, and of resources to help you process the ‘how and why’ of parental alienation. Past participants have shared that they have enjoyed building com\
munity, and finding hope in this process, this journey as a targeted parent, often made more challenging in the last eighteen months given the pandemic.

“The book will give the reader a historical background of Family Court as well as a direction for the future. It is a must reading for the professional and for the layman facing litigation. The summary of the research is excellent and easy to understand.” Dr. Douglas Darnall, author, Divorce Casualties: Understanding Parental Alienation.
“The family court process does not necessarily mirror the child development process; it is up to each of us to bring new knowledge to the court to improve the likelihood of more equitable child custody decisions. Participating in a support group will give us the encouragement to do this.” Dr. Mark

ADULTS WHO GREW UP IN A TOXIC FAMILY
Monday @ 7:30PM Central Time
With Ann O’Keeffe Rodgers & Bryan Holtz
$75 for 6-Week Series.
$25 registration fee.
As you maneuver the world of family change, you may unexpectedly and repeatedly recall your own childhood traumas. It may have hit you like a hammer to the face, with different emotions surfacing. Toxic families leave scars that no one sees and many cannot fully understand unless they’ve actually walked the walk.
Your adult relationships may be extensions of the boundaries or lack thereof that you learned in childhood. People-pleasing a problem? Low self-worth? Not loving yourself enough to say no? Afraid of confrontation because you don’t want to upset people, but not respecting yourself enough to voice your opinion? Repeated abusive relationships in adulthood? Struggle with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, OCD?
We offer virtual peer support to adults who will learn to thrive after living through a tumultuous childhood.
